We take pride in being able to offer our borrowers speed and flexibility in the underwriting and approval process.
StoneTree’s goal is to provide a vehicle for borrowers to take advantage of situations & opportunities that materialize in the market place. We provide cash-out financing, allowing borrowers to use their equity in property currently owned to take advantage of other opportunities. We also provide Purchase Money Loans, to allow for repositioning of income-producing properties, construction loans, and loans that require quick closings.
